• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

• Contact our customer service team within the 15-day window to request a return authorization.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any paperwork, accessories, and tags.

Refund:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Exchanges:

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
